Vegetable Tofu Stirfry
1 pkg 14oz organic firm tofu, cut into 1 '' cubes deep-fried
1 tsp salted butter or olive oil
20 snow pea pods
1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
1/2 medium red bellpepper, julienned
1/2 medium green bellpepper, julienned
1/4 cup Tay Giang's Lemongrass & Garlic Sauce
1. In a large skillet, saute peppers, pea pods and broccoli with butter for 2-3 minutes on high heat.
2. Add the fried tofu into the veggie mix.
3. Pour in the Lemongrass & Garlic sauce. Mix until tofu and veggies are covered with sauce.
